PowerLogic T500 - cannot extract Disturbance Records over IEC 61850 (HU280 FW 11.07.01_2407191107)

Hi,

We are trying to extract DR over IEC 61850 protocol configuration from 7SJ62 Siemens relay. We have tried extracting dat & cfg files from /COMTRADE/ path but it is not working.

Please find attached 61850 logs, sample configuration, Webpage snapshots. Also attached IED Scout snapshot reference where files have been generated and are available in relay for extraction.

Looking forward for the suggestions and support what modification needs to be done in the settings so that DR extraction can be made possible over IEC61850, as with same settings we have tested DR extraction working for Saitel DP 866e CPU.

Hello.

I am very sorry to said that DR extraction under IEC61850 is temporarily disabled for T500 for different reasons. It will be reactivated next year after Edition 2.1 certification process.
