PowerLogic PM5561 for alert sms generation

Hello 

Is there a way to generate an alert via sms or email from the powerlogic PM5561 to alert when the transfo switches off? 

In our company we have this device monitoring our transfo. we have had a total black out in the industry zone this weekend. Our transo switched off nobody was notified bringing us to a 6 hour production loss before we switched everything back on.
