Hi,
I have a problem with this relay(P3F30), when connecting via the front port, it throws an unknown device on the software (eSetup Easergy Pro). That's why I need a factory reset via the controls on the display.

I recommend that you get in contact with the Schneider Technical Support of your area by mail and provide the information that I share with you attached to this answer.
They will need to know what is asked on this document in order to generate the right reset procedure for your P3F30.
