Power Logic P3U30 has no date

Hi,

"_" is shown instead of date. After synchronizing the relay with the PC date remains for few minutes and turnes to dash "_". What could be the probleb. Clock is meant to be sybchronized over IEC 101, but there is no communication connected at the moment.

Can you please share the backup file and the photographs which shows this issue.

we might have to try firmware upgrade or loading the script files to resolve issue if required.
