P441 Relay Support

Dear Guys.

My plant has used P441 Relay for 5 years.

Recently, after Protection function happen occer, Leds on Relay lighted up.

I want to reset these indication, however i can't login to relay by password: AAAA.

The procedures like below

- I typed AAAA and push Enter Button.
- LCD inform that Pasword Entered Access level 1. And after then turn back to tpye password page.

ANyone can help me.

Hello @manhkhuong 

It appears that the level 2 and level 3 passwords have been changed from the default "AAAA."

 

You will need at least level 2 access to reset the indication.

 

If you cannot recall or find the level 2 password, please contact SE technical support using the link below to create a support ticket. A support agent will assist you in obtaining the recovery password. You need supply details like relay model number, serial number, security code etc.

Yes, Studio has functionality to reset the indication. You can try it.
