Hi
I had issue of LED flashing on P138 relay. The event log is depicting the log as "SFMON Checksum error param" and associated address is 090 030. Didn't know what is causing the issue and any solution would be grateful.
Thanks

Hello ChhimiW,
As a general source of information on P30 self-monitoring functionality please look int chapter “Operation/ Self-Monitoring (Function Group SFMON)”.
“[090 030] SFMON Checksum error param" self-monitoring event is logged for user awareness that a corrupted setting is diagnosed during the checksum test, which is part of the self-monitoring procedure. In that case, settings are automatically restored from an internal back-up memory and a warm restart (reboot) of the device is executed to continue safe normal operation.
Most common root cause of this error is emc interference exceeding limits for short period in time. It is therefore recommended to check device grounding conditions on site. Some guidance on this topic is given in attached application note.
If the problem persists (re-occurs) despite grounding is in a good condition, then as a next level a defect on the processor board could be suspected. For that a HW inspection at Schneider Electric service center or a replacement of the whole device is recommended.
Regards
Rudolf Simon
