NPAG Access

Is the Schneider NPAG available as a .pdf or hardback book from somewhere? I see the link to www.se.com/ww/en/tools/npag-online-re14y/ but it doesn't seem to work for me. I try and access the book but it leads to a "We're sorry, but the page you're looking for is currently unavailable" when I try and access any of the content except the first page of each section.
