I understand that the HWB21 surge protector is a Class 1 device and can be connected directly to the mains. 

I am intending to use the HWB21 (208Y/120V, 3 phase, 4 wire) unit in my application. Looking through the manual (BQT42909), page 13, Figure 8 shows a fuse in line with each phase connection. Is this r
