Merlin Gerin Substation 40 Commuincation issue through SFT2841 Software

hi,

I Have Windows 7 Laptop, SFT 2841 V17.4 Software, USB to RS 232 Cable and CCA783 Round Pin Cable.

When i trying to communicate from the front port in relay it's not communicating its showing Connection failed,

in the same way i'm communicating T81 Relay its communicating but, s40 not communicating, what is the issue please advise me to solve this Problem.
