IEC61850 schneider Px4x communication issue

We are using P546 with model P546316B6M0B00K and software reference P546____6S_B00_B. When we are trying to integrate the same in SCADA (dsagile) relay is not able to communicate with the dsagile scada. I have checked the traces in wireshark, it was observed that only communication from scada server is going to relay, relay is not sending a acknowledgement or any confirmation from relay to scada server. SCADA server is also was able to enable the RCBs. But relay is not sending any events to scada. 

Can you please guide us in this issue ? Will firmware upgrade solve this issue ? How to upgrade the firmware ? As it is line differential if i upgrade the firmware on one end do i need to upgrade it other end for line differential communication.

Relay firmware is only updated if there is reason to do so.

The issue is rather specific to the installation.

Regarding the compatibility between the relays at the two ends it is affected by the realy hardware version as stated in the praragraph.
