Hello, I have a customer with an issue of not installing the P3/P5 Drivers when installing Easergy Pro 4.5 on a Windows 11 Pro PC. When we connect the Device to the Laptop we see the USB connection show up in the Device Manager but no Driver or Comm port is assigned. We looked at the Windows programs installed and we see that the P3 and P5 USB Drivers are not installed. Is there a way to manually install these? Is there an issue that you are aware of with Windows 11? What can we try. We did try uninstalling the DriverManager x64 and ModbusManager X64 and that did not seem to help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Easergy Pro 4.5 have been passed validation test on win 11.
propose to try the process solving the issue:
1,Reinstall Easergy pro 4.5.
2, Install the driver manually (pls find the installer files in attachment) in case of reinstall failure.
