Dear Team Protection & Control.
We found an issue with the Error LED that lights up on the easergy P3F30.
Previously there were no issues and suddenly an error appeared with the Error code E56.
Relay specifications are as follows:
1. P3F30-CGIAA-DA1NA-BAAAA
2. Program Version V30.207
3. Motherboard FPGA program version V2.01
With an error like this, what should be done?
I have attached the image as an error attachment.

Hi @YonKhoerul , unfortunately the screenshot you sent is not quite enough to
identify the possible fault. Can you send the setting file, please. The setting file
will show the diagnostics.

Hi @Juha
Sorry for the late response. I have attached the Easergy file from the site.
Please let me know why the Easergy P3 device is still experiencing the same issue after we upgraded the firmware.

Hi @YonKhoerul , thanks for the setting file. I am not quite sure but I found something
that doesn't quite right. The diagnostic alarm range check is associated to
Setting range of various parameters, including all possible parameter in the IED database.
In the ARC protection setting, in ARC Stages I can see the DI to block stage is not correct.
Please see picture below.
The setting selection can't be undefined as shown in the picture.
Please try to fix the setting end reboot the relay.

@Juha In my opinion, for setting the arc stage, it only focuses on the matrix and the checked box. Is there any influence on the right side?
In your opinion, is the missing data related to other settings on the arc sensor?
The panel and relay device are already on site, maybe I will try to contact the service team there.

@YonKhoerul as you look the diagnostics in the setting file, you can see alarm for ArcStage1Blk. That been said, the arc stag 1 doe not have blocking input configured properly. That may cause the range check alarm too.
