Easergy P5 Error code 0x847fd3e8

Good day

I have a demo P5 I received from a Schneider Rep which gave me the Error Code in the title when I turned it on (see below)

I do not know the history of the device, this was the first time that I have turned it on.

I found the following maintenance message in the P5 user manual which is not particularly helpful.

I did contact the rep who gave me the relay and they said they would submit my information to support.

In the mean time I'm hoping someone may know something about this error.

I attempted to connect to the relay with eSetup Easergy Pro via USB and Ethernet (after finding the IP Address using an IP Sacn), however I could not connect to the device.

I unfortunately do not know what Firmware version is installed.

My thanks in advance.

Hi,

I faced the same issue for several P5 relays. It's an error that comes out when P5 is power off for a long time, The time reference is lost and the date goes back to 1970. SE L3 support provided a tool to fix the problem. So, just wait for this tool from L3 (must be used only by SE , internal use).
