MiCOM P30 loaded should be used by trained personnel. Wrong use will result in device failure. 

I suggest you to contact MiCOM repair center in your country/region, the repair center engineer will assist you.

MiCOM Loader is a tool we primarily use to update the firmware on MiCOM P30 devices. It is not a tool for the average user and does not provide any benefits. As Arun mentioned above, it should be used by a qualified and properly trained person.

Last few releases of EasergyStudio, has this tool included in the package, but should be used by those who already have a previous version of of this tool to update it to the latest version.
