Absolutely yes. Like any other member of saitel family and T500, Logical programs can be designed/developed using Isagraf (for complicate programs) and Formula (which I recommend you for the functionality you mentioned). Here below I attach an example where in tab "command" we leave "formula" (1) device as the source of the command then we add the logical program where the points could be digital signals(2) and finally according the logical programs designed we execute the command (3) in a AB_DO. I am also attaching a document with more details about how to configure "formulas" and the functionalities supported.
