C32CS Cannot open port - P546

Error message "C32CS Cannot open port " appear in Micom P546 relay during communication, even after a Easergy Studio reinstalation.

Ensure the COMM settings and the connections are fine. You can verify it by connecting with an another relay.

If the issue is only with this P546, reboot the relay and try it. The reboot will close the open ports and make it available for the new connection. Please reboot when it is safe.
