Error message "C32CS Cannot open port " appear in Micom P546 relay during communication, even after a Easergy Studio reinstalation.

Hello @Hariel
Ensure the COMM settings and the connections are fine. You can verify it by connecting with an another relay.
If the issue is only with this P546, reboot the relay and try it. The reboot will close the open ports and make it available for the new connection. Please reboot when it is safe.

Thanks for your feedback and guidance.
However, after the relay is restarted, regardless of whether new parameters have been uploaded, the same problem observed previously occurs.
Is there a shortcut using the front panel keys that allows the equipment to be restarted? Is there a hotfix/driver or method that definitively solves this problem?

Hello @Hariel
I understand that the communication works fine after the reboot and then problem surfaces again.
A advise is don't abruptly stop/close the communication happening between the device and the studio.
There is no shortcut to restart the relay. We don't recommend restarting the relay often for this type of issue.
