Dear Expert community
is there any plan to develop an ATS (Automatic Transfert Switch) or ABT (Automatic Bus Transfert) Application similar to the one sold by NR PCS-9651
https://www.nrec.com/en/web/upload/2019/05/08/15572827837172kuwwm.pdf
they are a lot of opportunities in the Oil and Gas segment that require a such device
this could be done on the Powerlogic P5 (P5T32) or P7 platform
if a such product is developed it will save a lot of time, money, efforts and reduce risks .
Hope this will be done

It's a good idea to have dedicated device for both ATS and High Speed Transfer, such as ABB SUE3000 and Siemens 7VU68. It is possible to develop such a device based on the existing P7 platform.
Currently we have one product Micom P84H which is for High Speed Transfer, but this product is only for Chinese marking.

The ATS function is planned in a later wave for P7 as a dedicated application function block, probably with wave 4 but it can be achieved already using the Fast scheme logic (FSL) & matrix together with a sufficent number of CT/VT inputs.

In the US, Digital Power has developed these Auto Throw-Over (ATO) applications for the P5 using the imbedded IsaGraf logic engine. These applications are being used for MV gear standard ATO systems (MM, MTM, MG, MTG) as well as the foundation for Digital Power's more complex solutions.

The T300 HU250 module has a built-in ATS function intended for distribution network operation
With SC150 modules, this can operate switches within 300ms of voltage loss.
It is feasible to create a different configuration that communicates with protection relays instead.
