If starting is more than 2 sec . Let's take for example 5 sec Is it mean that trip class 10 A is not sufficient as it will trip between 2 to 10 sec??

You are correct, in theory a class 10 relay can trip before 5s (2-10s).

It is better to choose a class 20 that will not trip before 6s at 7.2 x Ir.
