VMware with Control expert software is very slow to respond

Hi, we use VMware VSphere - Hypervisor - ESXi and when i am connected to a plc the Control expert 15.3 software is very slow to respond.
The memory and processor charge aren't overloaded.
It's impossible to work connected to a plc, when i'm not connected to plc it's work fine.
Do you have solution for this issue?
