Using cicode functions to control breakers

Hello, 

I want to write a script to automate multiple breakers to switch on and off for validation and testing. I have been able to export the tag names into a file, and generate a script for the "Test Script" tool in ctApi. This works, but is a bit tedious. 

I am wondering if it is possible to write a cicode function that will be able to do this for me? I attempted the following as a test, and although I was able to run it in the Test Script, it did not open or close the breaker on the animation. 

However, the following, which seems more useful to me, refused to run at all.

However, neither function actually works. 

Is there a better way to do this? Or a different way to call the function?
