Separate Firmware installer not launching in EPC-D
Description of the issue:
Users will not be able to launch the 'Firmware Upgrade' feature if they upgrade EPC directly from version 2.33 to 2.36 using SESU (Schneider Electric Software Updates) or by manually installing the 2.36 executable over the existing 2.33 installation.
Solution: To resolve this issue, uninstall EPC version 2.36 after completing the upgrade from version 2.33. Then, perform a fresh installation of EPC 2.36. This ensures all necessary components are correctly installed and the "Firmware Upgrade" feature functions as expected.
