After a no error installation of Eco Struxure Power Commission v 2.31.0 in a stand alone windows 10 enterprise. I tried to login with my SE account and I am getting the following error: Your session has expired. Please log in again to continue (see attached print screen). Does anybody has the same issue? How you fixed?

As this forum is dedicated to the ‘low voltage electrical network design software.’ We would propose you reach the global support system through the following steps.
Step 1 - URL - https://www.mysein.schneider-electric.com/mySchneider/#!/contact/ (User can switch the country as per their location).
Step 2 – Click on Contact US option and user can choose the email option to directly create a bFO (salesforce) ticket.
Step3 – User needs to fill all the mandatory details, also can attach the required supportive files. (Like Screenshots, Catalogues…. etc.) And then click on SEND button. User will receive an e-Mail notification along with BFO ticket number.
