Hi all,
I'm not sure if this is the correct section to start a topic, but however, I was wondering if anyone can offer a workable solution to using Micrologic RTU to perform secondary injection on a variety of NSX MCCBs in the Compact range?
I find that if I inject more than a couple of MCCBs that the program either crashes, or loses connectivity, or requires the interface module to be powered down, etc, a variety of issues that eventually require having to restart my laptop and start fresh, which requires re-entry of all the details. The most amount of MCCBs I have managed to inject without the software falling over is about 8. Normally 4 is the most. I have seen suggestions before about using the 32 bit version rather than the 64 bit version, even though I am using Windows 10 64B but this has had no marked increase in success.
Will there ever be a newer up to date version of Micrologic RTU released that will cater for later Windows platforms, or is the issue just a compatibility issue and has anyone any cures/suggestions for a fix?
Regards,
Brian
