EcoStruxure Panel Server Project creation problem

Hi,

I have an issue trying to create projects within EcoSturxure Power Commission using the PAS600L Panel Server units.

I can add devices connected to a Panel Server such as power meters to a project from which I generate reports, just I I have done with other gateway devices, such as the EGX150s which is fine, but for some reason, when I connect to IFMs and subsequently to NSX breakers with BSCM modules, although the devices show up as Modbus connected devices, when I try to add these to a project, I get a splash screen stating "Unable to add devices" as per the attached image. I note that there is no Device Type noted on the device listing either. 

Is there anyone that can shed light as to how to add these IFMs/MCCBs to a project as shown?

What is your EPC version and Panel Server FW ?

With EPC 2.28 + PAS800 v001.006.000 this is working.

NSX connected to IFE + IFM are discovered by EPC:

And added to the PAS800:

Devices are then available on the PAS800 Web Pages:

Hi Romain,

I am not sure if there is a huge difference between the PAS800 and the PAS600L that I am using here, but either way, a quick upgrade to the latest version of EPC and upgrading the PAS600L to the newest firmware certain worked and I am now able to both view and use the serial devices in a project.
