Hi,
I left the pc to update all NSX and IFM modules, through EPC over night. This takes approx 5-6 hours in this project, so I had a Teams meeting running to avoid screen saver.
What happend is that some of the NSX got corrupted (3 pc). And it is not possible to get them to work again, they where working fine before the update.
PAS can not identify them or neighter EPC.
Is there a way to force a recover of the firmware?

Hi GIA,
Wish you are well.
Maybe you could try with the old Micrologic software RSU by connecting with the Maintenance Module TRV00910 (if you have it), this was how we use to do in the past. Once you have at least one version installed, you could see if EPC can take it to the last version. I do not know if it works as I never tried myself.

In the help you can find the steps to update the firmware, the update file in installed in your PC when installing the RSU:

Hi,
I can confirm that TRV00910 managed to recover NSX and IFM now, with ULP from TRV00910 through IFM.
Tnx for tip!

Hi,
tried what you say, but no solution here!
The NSX display only shows "Boot"
Reading R/W Micrologic time is possible, but not reading device settings nor updating the Micrologic.

@NeiB Thank you for your prompt advice. Further clarifications seem to be needed for @geir_eas_no_bfo , could you advise? Thank you.
