New Product Line - First Unit Completed.
To comply with the industry requirement for 800VAC equipment on solar and battery storage sites we at Hallson have developed a new product line to enable a feeder pillar to be direct trunk connected to a British Standard ONAN transformer.
The units are connected via a rear busbar connection thus negating the need for cabling. Incoming device is a Schneider Electric MTZ H10 ACB along with DIN NH2 800V rated outgoing fuse ways. the right hand section is used to house TVSS unit, metering equipment and site transformer supply.
Hopefully this the start of many more.

Thanks for sharing your diferents application for DC, very interresting, but why you didn't use our product for fuse products?
Event if 800V is not on the catalogue today we can give some test report ok for this network level...

The system that we are using these devices for is 800VAC not DC.
In regard to not using SE DIN fuse ways. We would be very interested in using them (you know us we are always looking to add a bit more 'green' to our panels). However, in the UK at present support and availability of both 400VAC & 800VAC fuse ways is a problem. Maybe you could fix this??
Additionally we do use 160A units, however these particular units are 250A. Do you have a solution for this @ 800VAC?

We can give some special agreement to use FuPact ISFL 630 at 400A/800V ac and FuPacT ISFL160 at 100A 800V ac
Iq is on this case 10kA/800A
If needed, please ask CCC to give you some CE conformity certificate.
And we will propose ComPacT NSX400 K (trip unit 250 or 400A) soon with Icu 35kA / ICu 10kA very soon

Thank you for that kind offer.
Can you send me details direct regarding the ISFL offer & maybe the NSX400K offer? I don't want to upset anyone but please if you need send it through the product managers in the UK if you need to. I will be able to discuss with them more in depth than dealing with UK CCC.
In regards to pricing i suspect that you will need to discuss with the UK offer managers?
