Need help with choosing air circuit breakers with two ethernet ports and goose (2500 and 3200A)

I need smart air circuit breakers (ACBs) that support two ring connected ethernets (A and B) with Goose protocol on at least ethernet A. What I think will work is Masterpact MTZ + Micrologic X (I will use SEL technology for Goose).

Requirements:

• 3200A and 2500A
• Must be controllable and monitorable
• Have to be air CB for environmental reasons
• Must monitor the neutral line
• Must be lockable in open position
• Two ethernet ports. At least one of them (the main one (A)) has to support Goose protocol.
• Must be able to record events (e.g. overcurrent and so on) 

I know ABB has ABB Ekip that fulfill my requirements, but does Schneider have ACBs for this use case (Masterpact MTZ + Micrologic X)?

The setup will be multiple circuit breakers connected with two ethernet rings using Goose protocol with SEL technology.
