LMS Load Management System

Dimensionering af installation til sit ladestander anlæg:

I standard samlingen til installationsbekendtgørelsen, under punkt 722.311 største efterspørgsel og samtidighed, er det specificeret at hvis der ikke udføres en belastningsstyring af strømmen til ladestanderne, så skal man regne med at alle ladestandere kan benyttes samtidigt samt at de kan belastes 100%.

Det vil sige at hvis man har en ladestander installation med eksempelvis 20 styks ladestandere der kan levere 32 ampere hver, så skal man afsætte 640 ampere i sin installation for ladestandere med mindre at der udføres en belastningsstyring.

Tilkøb af ampere hos forsyningsselskabet er ofte en stor omkostning, så derfor vil det meget ofte være en rentabel løsning at vælge et Load Management System (LMS) til at udføre belastningsstyringen af sit ladestander anlæg.

Hos Schneider Electric har vi to former for Load Management System hhv. med statisk setpunkt og dynamisk setpunkt som beskrives nedenstående.

 

 

LMS statisk setpunkt - Dynamisk belastningsfordeling via et statisk setpunkt:

EVlink LMS systemet regulerer og distribuerer jævnt og i realtid energien mellem alle tilsluttede el-køretøjer for ikke at overstige et indstillet statisk setpunkt for ladestander anlægget.

Denne allokeringsmetode giver følgende muligheder:

  • Jævn fordeling af den tilgængelige energi mellem alle tilsluttede el-køretøjer
  • Tilsikring af brugernes komfort, ved en forøgelse af tilsluttede køretøjer, der skal oplades, således at hovedforsyningen ikke udkobles med strømsvigt til følge.

EVlink ladestanderne er placeret i en zone og el-forsyningen leveres af en dedikeret tavle. LMS systemet sørger for, at den samlede mængde strøm aldrig overstiger det indstillede setpunkt, som eksempelvis kunne være 200 ampere ved at styre den energi, der leveres til ladestanderne.

 

 

LMS dynamisk setpunkt - Dynamisk belastningsfordeling via et dynamisk setpunkt:

EVlink LMS systemet tildeler den tilgængelige energi på stedet i realtid mellem alle tilsluttede el-køretøjer. Den tilgængelige energi til el-køretøjerne vil være dynamisk flydende og afhængig af forbruget til det elektriske anlæg i bygningen.

LMS systemet vil imødekomme de energibegrænsninger, der er pålagt af resten af ​​det elektriske anlæg i bygningen og omvendt kan den tildelte strøm være højere på tidspunkter, hvor energiforbruget i resten af ​​det elektriske anlæg i bygningen er lavt. På den måde udnytter man sin installation optimalt og på en smart måde.

Thanks for the additional information. We are working to include a cloud platform for cases like the one you are describing here.

But, in the meantime, we could put you in direct contact with couple of software vendors that are already collaborating with us and could help you by integrating our LMS from different sites in a unique cloud platform where you can see and manage the different chargers in different sites. Very good question, indeed. The EVlink LMS (load management system) by Schneider Electric is one of the most easiest to use, ergonomic and intuitive in the market. The Schneider Electric EVling AC and DC chargers will be directly recognized and configured by the LMS in a plug&play way. For other charger manufacturers, integration will be possible, but not in that easy way. Feel free to reach out to your Schneider Customer Care Center in your country to get any additional information you need or send me a message.

Hi Enrique,

 

So in my case we support car dealerships with ev-chargers (EVlink Smart Wallbox controled by SE LMS), but each dealership is somewhere else and they do not have direct line between. And in my case I want to control in the cloud all LMS which customers had on their sides..

Load management systemet kan være med til at begrænse den strøm der trækkes fra forsyningsnettet ved bl.a. at lave en belastningsfordeling der regulerer og distribuerer jævnt og i realtid energien mellem alle tilsluttede el-køretøjer

 

Load management systemet har mange forskellige features og der bliver hele tiden udviklet på systemet til gavn for vores kunder.

 

Nogle af de nyeste funktioner er bl.a.:

  • 3 digital inputs som er tilgængelige til at reducerer maksimal strøm setpunkt med et eksternt input, det kunne eksempelvis benyttes hvis der ikke er så meget strøm til rådighed i forsyningsnettet eller hvis ladestationer bliver forsynet via en vindmølle/batteribank og det eksempelvis ikke blæser så meget og man vil reducere energien til de tilsluttede el-køretøjer.

 

  • Time-of-use settings, det kan eksempelvis benyttes så man kan definere en % af det maksimale aktuelle setpunkt, der er knyttet til hver elektricitets tarif periode og dens tidsintervaller.
