Hello EDBAS,

For answering your query,

Diversity factors are considered during modifying of Ks.

Transformer, Cables, Circuit breakers & upstream current (Ib) changing based on diversity factors on each level of busbars/Panels.

For that We have done analysis of 2 perspectives (Enabling operating modes for different diversity factors & Creating 2 projects in same range and different diversity factors).

Case 1: -

Diversity factors are considered during modifying of Ks, upstream current (Ib) changing based on diversity factors on each level of busbars/Panels.

For example, we have created trial projects with 3 operating conditions with

  1. Normal operating mode with full load i.e., Ks= 1.
  2. Working with 50% load i.e., Ks =0.5.
  3. Working with 70% load i.e., Ks =0.7.

SESA713359_9-1721289968875.png

We can see below for all the operating modes Transformer/Cable/Upstream circuit breaker are not same. Its changed with respect to given Diversity factor (Ks).

SESA713359_10-1721290026456.png

So, Diversity factors (Ks) are considered for adopting offer solution and range of Transformer/Cable/Upstream circuit breaker/Feeder circuit breakers.

Case 2: -

For this case we have cretaed 2 sysmetrical projects(All the connected loads are same range) but we have changed the Diversity factor Ks as 0.5 for second project.

Network 1 with Diversity factor Ks = 1.

Network 2 with Diversity factor Ks = 0.5.

We can see the below screenshots both projects Transformer/Cables/Upstream circuit breaker are not same. Its changed with respect to given Diversity factor (Ks).
