The situation that you have faced, may be due to the 'SESU - Schneider Electric Software Update Utility'.
The same was getting installed along with the (EPD) EcoStruxure Power Design - Ecodial.
This may be a temporary issue and might have got resolved by itself.
Can you please try installing the EPD-Ecodial? and confirm that you are able to install the application successfully.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
By attaching your screenshot, it seems to be related to a .NET activation issue.
Please follow the procedure below to rectify:
.NET framework activation:
Step 1: go to windows> control panel>get programs> turn windows feature ON or OFF
Step2: make sure that the box against the .NET 3,5 is checked as below
Step 3: restart the system and reinstall EPD Ecodial
This should resolve the issue.
If the issue persists after the above actions, please share the log files with us for further analysis.

.NET 3.5 frame work is already checked .I Also uninstalled Schneider update , but still getting same error : 1935

Please find the below procedure to resolve "Error 1935"
Step 1: Clear the Log
Open an Administrator Command Prompt:
Enter the Command:
fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\\
Reboot the System.
Install the Software and Check.
Step 2: Run the Installer as Administrator
