Bonjour,

Hello jbprojelec
As we have validated the log files and discussed with "Product Development Team."
The situation may be due to the PRM login.
As you have both the versions (France & INT) installed in same system, there might be the issue with the login registry.
So, we are suggesting the following workaround.
Step 1: Please follow the below mentioned path and delete the XML file from V4.9.8.
Step 2: Re-launch the application.
It may rectify the issue. If it not resolved, we would have meeting to analyze deeply with all the aspects.
Thanks & Regards,
Team- Ecodial Expert support

Hello Jbprojelec,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
By attaching your screenshot, it seems to be related to a .NET activation issue.
Please follow the procedure below to rectify:
.NET framework activation:
Step 1: go to windows> control panel>get programs> turn windows feature ON or OFF
Step2: make sure that the box against the .NET 3,5 is checked as below
Step 3: restart the system and reinstall EPD Ecodial
This should resolve the issue.
If the issue persists after the above actions, please share the log files with us for further analysis.
You can find the log files at the following path
Thank you for your cooperation.
Thanks & Regards,
Ecodial Expert support team.
