Electrical Calculation Tools Online Login Error in China

Hello, 

I am trying to access Electrical Calculation Tools Online (https://ect.se.com/cbt/app/index.html) in China network. After I enter my username / password correctly, the web page will go to the Calculation Tools home page. But it will redirect to the login page at once. It will repeat again and again. Please find the attached gif for the error recording.

I have made some research. I find the error only appear in the China network, When I change my network to another country, I can access Electrical Calculation Tools Online correctly.

For China network, it will call 

https://secureidentity.schneider-electric.cn/accessmanager/oauth2/se/access_token

to get token.

But for other country network, it will call https://secureidentity.schneider-electric.com/identity/services/oauth2/token

to get token. I think there is something wrong with the China token API Service.

Please help to check and fix the issue, thanks a lot!
