Halo, I am experiencing a challenge in Converting my Ecodial dwg to autocad. The Conversion server is returning an error. as below; Please help

The team is able to understand that the 'converted file' (DWG) is not delivered to your email. 

Meaning; the DWG conversion is happening at the service level.

However, the email with the link to download the (DWG) file is getting BLOCKED some where in the journey.

Next Steps;

The team is trying level their best to resolve your problem; and trying to identify where this email delivery is getting blocked. 

Suggestion :

If you have any urgency, and If you can share with us the Ecodial File.

The team can get you the DWG conversion and deliver you personally.
