Ecostruxure Power Commission error code: WCF_server_not_running

I have installed the latest version of the software from https://www.se.com/uk/en/work/products/product-launch/ecostruxure-power-commission/
When I start the program, nothing happens for 5-6 minutes. Then I get the error message from the picture. I can't even get to the login page. Can someone help me?"

Well, in a way. I dropped using the program. If you're going to install Powertags as I was, you can log onto the Panel Server (PAS600/800) via Network in File Explorer. You can make all the settings through the browser

With some computers settings ( IT managment ), the software can meet some issues to start

I advice you to contact your local Customer care center to share the issue and open a case to raise it to our technical team

Hello,

One of my client manage to bypass this issue, launching the EPC using right-click and "Run-As-Administrator".

So far I saw this problem only on sistems that use Windows 11.

Hi,

this program is still a nightmare! (installed latest version today) 

I`am following the procedure with deleting toking:

1. Turn off EPC
2. Go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Schneider-Electric\Ecoreach
3. Remove userprofile.to and token.to files
4. Start EPC and it will ask you to login (NOTE: You need internet connection for
login or registration procedure).
