Ecostruxure Power Commission Automatic Trip Report Serial Number issue

Hi all,

I have just noticed that after generating Automatic Trip Reports from MTZ units that the Serial Number shown in the Trip Unit Details section is copied into the Breaker Details Serial Number.

The Trip Unit Detail Serial Number is correct, but the Breaker Detail Serial Number is therefore incorrect. Is there any way to "force" the software to pick up the Breaker Serial number and display that number in the correct location on the reports?

in EPC, the software get only the serial number of the micrologic ( trip unit )

Could clarify what you mean by "the Breaker Detail Serial Number" ?

In the PDF generated report, the Trip Unit serial number is copied into the Breaker Details serial number, rather than the actual PP serial number of the MTZ as per the attached image. Perhaps the MTZ Breaker serial number cannot be populated into the report?

Hello

In fact, EPC get the serial number of the Micrologic by communication way, the software can't collect other part number in that mode.
