Hello, I am working on a simple project with a transformer of 2000kVA and 40m cable in the ground. It does not calculate the cables.
Do you have any idea why? Normally it should work. It is not something specially.
Regards and thanks for a quick answer.
Mihaela

Hello sesa21615_bridg,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
We have reviewed your query and found that you have set the maximum permissible CSA to 240 sqmm for your project.
However, given your project’s cumulative load current and installation method, it exceeds 20 cables/touching circuits, which is not feasible.
In Ecodial, only 20 cables/20 touching circuits including its own cable are allowed for one circuit, so we recommend upgrading the maximum permissible CSA to 300 sqmm.
This adjustment will ensure that Ecodial operates as expected.
I hope this clarifies your query. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask!
Thanks & Regards,
Team- Ecodial expert support.
