Ecodial INT 5.4.0 - Hang, Not open a page for login

Hi,

Once opening Ecodial 5.4.0, the software asks to go to login page. Then it is hang and no response.

What I have done is to uninstall and reinstall Ecodial 5.4.0 and also Webview2, but the problem still exists. 

I have attached herewith the log file.

hi, 

Seems like webview might be the issue. Please follow these steps:

1. Close Ecodial.

2. Uninstall Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime from your system.

3. Uninstall Ecodial 5.4.0.

4. Restart your PC.

5. Reinstall Ecodial 5.4.0 using Run as Administrator.
