EcoStruxture Power Design Crashes when selecting New Project

Got EcoStruxure Power Design version 5.3.1 and as soon as I click on 'new project' I just get the spinning wheel of death every single time before having to force close the program. 

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still can't get it to work. 

On a SnapDraggon processor, not sure if that might be an issue as it worked fine on my old laptop.
