For my company, I can share that it is a usefull tool. Really better than the first version.

Hi,

We are bleading MUCH time and MUCH money because of all the issues with the software. 

Selling a EcoStruxure project is sometimes a nightmare, becaus of the unstabillity of the software.

customer support can`t do much either.

I think you should get some improvments from the actual users.
