Hello
Is it possible to change the solution proposed by the Ecodial for a variable motor load with a soft starter (variable speed driver)?

Thanks,

Hello,

Thanks for your question.

As of now, user cannot able to change the Motor starters manually. But EPD-Ecodial take care on the coordination between Circuit breaker and the Motor Starter and it will propose the best possible solution.

Thanks for the answer.
If possible, please include Ecodial as a proposal for future capabilities: add a segment and process selection function, conditions for applying motor load (for example, for a solution with the same power: fan - ATS22, conveyor - ATS48)
Thank you, Sergiy

Hello

Thanks for your query about Ecodial.

From the given image; it's understood that you are looking for a 'different start up type' for the selected 'motor power'.

Suggestion:

Kindly please use the function "launch motor wizard" to find the available "start up types" for the selected motor powers.

we can this explanation in the following images.launch motor wizardlaunch motor wizard

then make the selection accordingly.

Once after making all these selection of INPUTS, the "calculate project" will bring the "Solution."

Hope the above helps you to get your job done.

Hello
no, I was looking for a soft starter solution, but not for the fan, for the conveyor
Ecodial offered me ATS22, but based on the nature of the load, I understand that the best solution would be to use ATS48 (this is also confirmed by the EcoStruxure ™ Motor Control Configurator )

Hello
the proposal about which I speak is implemented (with the minimum possible options) for variable speed drivers, see figure.
I would like this opportunity to be available for soft starters as well.
Best regards, Sergiy
