Dear Expert team,
Our customer using Trihal Cast Resin dry type transformer 1600 kVA, and the apartment just use with load only 100A but on the transformer, the audible noise measured about 70-75db vs catalogue 57db at 1m.
Can any one expertise on Traihal Transformer can support us some suggestion how to investigate or do we have any more solution to reduce the noise on the transformer.
Because the transformer installed near apartments so residents reacted very strongly about the noise
Thank you

Hello @TDHai_SE
I'm not from Traihal Transformer department.
Even as you know , electrical product create magnetic force witch can cause metalic part vibration. so it can explain the reason of the noise.
I can understand this noise is not acceptable by residents , i would suggest to call your local helpdesk to have a field service intervention.
