Can the customer still purchase or renew through Partners? Yes. Customers will receive an email notification informing them that their license or subscription is due for renewal. They can contact their Partner directly or request a quotation via mySchneider Software Management, and partners can support their customer through purchase and renewal.   Partners who are part of the IT Solution Providers - Elite & Premier program are listed within the Partner Locator Tool in mySchneider Software Management.   Who should redeem a Digital Voucher? Depending on the business model, either the Partner or customer or designated owner of the license or subscription can redeem a digital voucher and apply the credits to activate the license or subscription.   Do you have to use the full quantity of a Digital Voucher at once? No, the Partner or customer can choose to 1) apply all quantity to a renewal or a new license, 2) apply in smaller quantities, or 3) redeem additional vouchers of the same product, to top up the total available quantity.   Can a Digital Voucher be shared once redeemed? Once a voucher has been redeemed, no other user can redeem it. But the owner can choose to invite other users or their partner of choice to their team in mySchneider Software Management to enable them to view the vouchers, licenses and subscriptions and fulfil the management role required.
