How to redeem EcoStruxure IT Expert licenses for your customers

EcoStruxure IT Expert subscription management is moving from the existing provisioning system to the mySchneider Software Management on April 1, 2025.

• Subscription licenses sold after April 1, 2025 will be managed on mySchneider.
• At the next renewal, existing subscription licenses will be managed on mySchneider.
• License keys created before April 1, 2025 can still be redeemed in IT Expert.

mySchneider Software Management is a credit-based licensing system enabled by a digital voucher you receive via email.

You can purchase software licenses for your customers in mySchneider.

Once your order is complete and you receive a voucher, you can redeem it for credits to:

• Activate new IT Expert subscription licenses
• Renew IT Expert subscription licenses
• Amend existing IT Expert subscription licenses

Once you complete the EcoStruxure IT Expert order and activate the subscription in MySchneider for your customer, an email with a license key is sent to the installer address you specify.

You can send it to yourself or to your customer. One or more email addresses are allowed.

Redeem new IT Expert licenses

For new subscriptions, you redeem a IT Expert subscription license in your ITE for Partners web interface using the license key:

1. Log in as an existing partner: https://www.se.com/ww/en/work/solutions/for-business/data-centers-and-networks/dcim-software/partner...

   

2. Click Customers  > Actions  >  Manage Subscriptions.

3. Enter the license key you received in the email from mySchneider. and select a start date.

4. Click Redeem.

Your customer is now subscribed to IT Expert!

Note: You now renew subscriptions or amend existing subscriptions to add more credits in mySchneider.
