Hello All,
we were facing error 5200 in LXM32. so, we replaced the motor encoder. But after replacing the encoder, now drive is showing error 712d, we have installed the same type of the encoder but don't know why this 712d error occurs. any solution please?

Hello,E712D means no data in the motor encoder.In the encoder of the standard motors (BMH,BSH) is the electronic type plate of the motor.At power on the drive reads this data for drive settings.Please send the motor to the repair center to fix it .
