m140 firmware password

I'm using unityloader to enter a program in a M140, when i connect it asks for a firmware password. what is it?

Can you explain which type of CPU you're using, as I'm not aware of the existence of a M140 CPU.

If you meant M340, let me know which version of UnityLoader you are using, and if it's an old version try to install UnityLoader v14 first, and try again.
