1. The system configuration I'd like to configure is shown in the picture below.
2. After watching the YouTube video below, I set up BMENOS0300.
https://youtu.be/Q-ZAmYM8VQs?si=pMqYQ6QWtLKnee8l
3. When the BMESNOS0300 installed in the CPU A's rack and CPU B's rack are wired, the CPU's LED will "Error". In addition, the CRA modules installed on the Remote I/O repeat that communication is normal and failure.
4. If I release the cable connected between BMENOS0300 as shown below, no error will occur.
5. An error occurs when connecting the cable as shown in the figure below.

5.2
6. I'd like to ask if there are any additional settings other than YouTube videos.
6.1 Currently, the RSTP Operational State setting is set to Default as shown in the table below.
Module | RSTP |
BMEH586040 | Root(0) |
BMENOC0321 | Participant(32768) |
BMECRA31210 | Participant(32768) |

I'm sharing the test results.
- Currently, a Ring Network is configured on the PLC (CPU & Remote I/O).
- Connecting the BMENOS0300 directly would create another Ring Network, conflicting with the PLC's existing Ring Network.
- Therefore, direct connection of two BMENOS0300 units is not feasible.

Some comments that may help.
Is it correct that the link between the Two NOS modules is creating an unmanaged ring, which creates a broadcast storm and an error?
Have you set the IP address of the nOS modules?

- Yes
- If I release the cable connected between the BMENOS0300 modules, the CPU will not "ERROR"
2. Have you set the IP address of the nOS modules?
- Yes
- I watched the BMENOS0300 module setting module setting YouTube video and followed it as it was.

Hello Yongoh-Kim
Probably, you haven't configured the Rotary Switch. For your architecture you need put to HSBY/DIO

- Rotary Switch was tested by changing settings such as HSBY/DIO and RIO RING, but the same symptoms occurred.
- On the CPU, RSTP has a default value of Root(0), does that setting need to be changed as well?
2. Since CPU and Remote I/O have configured Ring, He said BMENOS0300 should not be configured as Ring, what do you think of that input?
