Hello. Expert Freinds...!
Now I am considering choose M580 System.
I would like to make redundancy CPU configuration with M580 CPU.
when I check in technical document, generally two backplane is required for standby CPU..
but, I want to know if I can install two CPU on one backplane for redundancy operation.
please adivse me if it is possible or not.

No, in a Modicon M580 system, you cannot install two CPUs on a single backplane for redundancy configuration.
▶ Reason and Official Configuration Requirements
To configure CPU redundancy in M580:
1) Two separate backplanes are required.
2) Each backplane must have its own CPU: one for Primary and one for Standby.
3) The two backplanes are connected and synchronized via Ethernet cables using RIO or ERIO networks.
