Hi Experts,
Is there a recourse that goes through all the details of reading statuses from the M580 on OFS?
I am looking at the list of bools and integers that my PLC is providing but I don't know what any of them do apart from the obvious ones i.e. PlcRunning - boolean.

I think you are going to have to give us a little more detail about what it is you are after. PLCRunning is %S12 in the CPU. I do not believe that information resides in a (IO or Device) DDT anywhere (but maybe I am wrong). You mention OFS, are you perhaps looking at a user DDT in the PLC that contains the system bits and words, or perhaps you are looking at a tagname that resides at that system bit?
For example, has someone done this - defined all the system bits with tags, and you are referencing the tag?:
As detailed in the help of the system bits:

Ronan,
Are you meaning all the system bits and words, %S and %SW? The help on those should give enough description. Or are you referring to some DDTs?

MatthewM.
Well done! It is the system bits I'm looking at. They were imported by Machine SCADA Expert and given names.
Thanks for your help.
