Hi guys,

I have a M172 controller which was running on the site since 2019 but recently it was acting strange. Now I have decommissioned the controller and replaced with the new one but just wondering is there a way to view the system event logs on M172?

I don't see any options on the EcoStruxure Machine Expert - HVAC nor anywhere else.

I've seen some other controllers being able to retrieve the system logs file via USB or SD card https://www.se.com/in/en/faqs/FA386016/) but I don't see any options on M172. I've also tried these steps on M172 but doesn't seems to be working.

Any suggestions?
