How to generate a unique identifier for M580 Safety PLC code checksum
Hello All,
How would you generate a unique identifier for the safety PLC code once tested and deployed? I saw online that mentions the safe signature and SAID %SW169 ----> https://www.se.com/in/en/faqs/FA333628/
But when i tried these methods out i was able to create unique identifiers but when i changed something and then changed it back it ultimately came back to the same value.
I want to be able to track if someone attempted to change the code at all. And if they tried to cover it up by changing it back, I wouldn't be able to tell with these methods.
